Jeff was good to work with. We had a small issue with being able to get materials initially ( shortage of lumber). His construction foreman was knowledgable and easy to work with. The quality of work was excellent with regards to the deck and concrete work. Overall this was a very good experience. While the job took a little longer to complete than anticipated (no fault of theirs) I would highly recommend their services.

I was EXTREMELY pleased with Jeff and his crews' performance. They were very efficient and polite at all times. They answered my questions in laymens' terms so that I, as a Woman, could understand the process of replacing my deck, door and railings. They showed up to do the job exactly when they promised and finished the job in a timely fashion. Living at the Lake of the Ozarks, it is very difficult to find service people to show up and fulfill their promises, therefore, I was pleasantly surprised at their Perfect Service. I retained Jeff s company for a second project following an initial positive experience on another project. I found Jeff responsive by e-mail, but his crew was on the job in a timely manner. His lead carpenter Joe has excellent skills. I am very particular about details but was very satisfied with the outcome of both projects. I found Jeff s fees to be fairly steep as compared to other lake area contractors, but if you want to work with a company which is reliable, trustworthy, timely and produces excellent work, I recommend you contact MidSouth.
